- Hi,
- I am planning to set up a 8 line BBS, The phone company has a service
- which will let us to advertise one number and the call would me routed
- to the next free phone line. But, we as modem users we face a simple
- problem, what happens if the modem does not work or the system that has the
- modem go down. If this happens then there would be "ring ring" and no
- ans...
-
- The only solution I have found is the USR Rack mount modem option,
- But it cost an arm and a leg. The modems are about 1000 each and
- the software is $5000.
-
- Can some one recomend me a beter solution.
-
- Thanks in advance
-
