  27. The "recognize modems as faxes" bug was eliminated with V5 ROMs.

  29. ( Supposedly it was eliminated earlier, but my V4.12 modem saw V22
  30.   modems' 1800Hz guard tone as a 1300Hz fax tone *every*  time.
  31.   It also had a couple of other nasty bugs which made it unreliable
  32.   as an unattended BBS modem. V5 ROMs fixed all of them)
