- No they're not. You can get a position paper from Microsoft's Customer
- Service office. It's 3 pages long and defines the proposed market for both
- programs. Your assumption about the targeted markets is pretty close to
- what Microsoft claims: Access - end user, Foxpro 2.5 - developer.
