  11. The second UniTree Users' Group Meeting and Symposia will be held in
  12. Hamburg, Germany hosted by DKRZ from March 2-3, 1993.  This message is 
  13. being sent as a first announcement for interested participants and as 
  14. a final call for speakers.

  16. Please reply to "uug@sandia.gov" if you are interested in participation. 
  17. A second announcement will be sent out until Jan 25, 1993 with the meeting 
  18. agenda and hotel information.  There will be no registration fee.
  19.  
  20. We are looking for speakers from installed UniTree sites and vendors 
  21. to present their status.  In addition, we are soliciting talks on 
  22. UniTree-related topics. Please reply to "uug@sandia.gov" if you are
  23. interested to give a UniTree site report or other UniTree related
  24. presentation not later than Jan 11, 1993. A very short abstract (a few
  25. sentences) of the proposed talk would be appreciated.

  28. was held in Baltimore in September 1992.  That would be:

  47. Two other events are being planned around this Symposia.  On Monday,
  48. March 1, 1993, there will be a Mass Storage tutorial with a UniTree 
  49. overview. Speakers for this tutorial will be Dr. Sam Coleman of
  50. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Mike Hardy of DISCOS. There
  51. will be no registration fee for this tutorial. Please indicate with
  52. your registration reply to "uug@sandia.gov" if you wish to attend the 
  53. tutorial.

  55. On Thursday and Friday, March 4-5, 1993 DISCOS is planning to offer
