- Anybody know what's up with Gallium Arsenide these days? I know
- we're still getting plenty of performance out of silicon, but I'm
- just curious. Last time I read up on the stuff (about a year ago)
- Convex had come out with a GaAs computer. Knowing how things work
- their way down from the top, I wanted to know if there are any plans
- for GaAs uP's anytime soon. Anyone know what sort of transistor
- densities are on GaAs now? Wafer sizes? Yields?
