  14. This year marks, I believe, that a practicing psychologist has been elected to
  15. congress.....Ted Strickland  from South-central OHIO  ( my turf )
  16. He received his PhD in counseling from the University of Kentucky  (where I
  17. am currently a doctoral student in Ed. Psyc.
