  37. change, it is necessary __NOT__ to change."

  39. In the light of this, I distinguish between bugs (which I can forgive
  40. as we're all only human and I'm sure that efforts will be made to fix
  41. them) and deliberate decisions with no benefit that I can see. But
  42. someone has pointed out that some changes follow Lingua improvements;
  43. not being a Lingua user it would be petty if I did not concede that
  44. this might bring them into the "necessary" category.

  46. Grimly, I add this: There is, however, no such thing as a buglet; it
  47. may be a mere midge dancing in the summer sun to one person, who never
  48. useth the feature; but to another who dependenth thereon it may be a
  49. malarial mosquito.....
