- In our department, we have a saying: "If it is not neccessary to
- change, it is necessary __NOT__ to change."

- In the light of this, I distinguish between bugs (which I can forgive
- as we're all only human and I'm sure that efforts will be made to fix
- them) and deliberate decisions with no benefit that I can see. But
- someone has pointed out that some changes follow Lingua improvements;
- not being a Lingua user it would be petty if I did not concede that
- this might bring them into the "necessary" category.
