  16. I've sent three lists of my own personal bugs (that is, bugs I've found
  17. in NB, not in me) to NBI since receiving my "final release". Although
  18. a comprehensive list is more efficient, a barrage of lists of bugs might
  19. get more attention from them. I recommend everyone sending their own
  20. lists, complete with details of the system they've appeared on, to help
  21. trace configuration-specific problems.

  23. Speaking of the reorganization, has anyone spoken to NBI since the week
  24. of special training in Baltimore? I tried to reach the newly-trained
  25. customer support folks yesterday, and got a busy signal. I hope this isn't
  26. an indication of the new and improved customer support strategy.
