- I'm trying to submit a job from our VM system to our MVS system (which works
- fine). The output is automatically return to the users VM RDR queue.
- Unfortunately it has no carrige control.
-
- I think what I need to know is: What does it take to get MVS to put carriage
- control in a file. I've tried taking known reports that show up in the MVS
- hold queue with carriage control (as confirmed by shifting right on the SDSF
- hold display). I then re-direct the output to a file with RECFM=FBA, and the
- resulting file has no carriage control. In my opinion, if I can solve this, I
- have a good start getting the listing back to VM with carridge control.
-
- Anyone run into this????? What am I doing wrong?????
-
- Thanks in advance.
