  12. I recently purchased a Mac IIci to help me  with the work I am doing to earn a
  13. masters  in educational  psychology.  Statistic  analyses is  my main  area of
  14. concentration.  I  just completed  an intermediate  stat course  which covered
  15. ANOVA with  a quick intro into  repeated mesasures ANOVA and  ANCOVA.  I would
  16. like to buy a  good stat program for my Mac, but I  have no idea which program
  17. to buy.  I want to get something that will help me as a learning tool and have
  18. enough  capability to  do some  serious  work.  Can  someone point  me in  the
  19. direction of any magazine articles which compare some Mac statistics packages?
  20. I know SAS and  SPSS quite well and I can learn  new packages easily.  Someone
  21. told me  that SPSS is available  in a Mac  version.  Has anyone used  it?  How
  22. does it compare to other stat packages on the Mac?  Can anyone point me in the
  23. direction  of  information  on  Mac  stat   packages,  or  if  you  feel  like
  24. recommending one  to me,  please let  me know.   Are there  any that  I should
  25. avoid?  Thanks very much.
