  13. I am sending this message out as a warning to other libraries.

  15. There is a telephone scam going on.  What happens is you get a collect call
  16. and the person will tell you they are paraplegic or in a prison and can not
  17. redial the phone.  They ask you to transfer them and when you press the
  18. button to transfer they can lock on your line with a computer and call
  19. anywhere in the world and you will get the charges.

  21. The names they used here were John, Jonathan, and Anthony.  We had one call
  22. go through to England for at lest three hours.
