  12. While I find it sometimes informative to read the various ways various
  13. library's handle certain situations I am amazed that some staff have so
  14. much time to devote to replies.  I am Desk Supervisor and I barely have
  15. time to read my E-mail, never mind responding all the time.  I love this
  16. information age but it can be overwhelming.
