  23. From December 27 to December 29 1992 the Chaos Computer Club organizes
  24. the 9th Chaos Communication Congress. 
  25.  
  26. In parallel to the old features of the Congress (,,Hack-Centre'', Workshops) 
  27. there will be some new topics.

  29. One of these new features is about cellular networks and other
  30. topics of cordless telecommunication....
  31.  
  32. This topic is going to be more important in the future. Cellular networks
  33. get bigger and bigger, the frequency range is rising up to gigahertz range.
  34. Do we get contamined by these high frequency networks ? 
  35.  
  36. How do these networks operate? What will happen if they crash or get hacked ?
  37. Should it be allowed to tap this networks (not allowed in the FRG now),
  38. If not, why not ?
  39. To these and other questions there will be diskussed answers and alternative
  40. possibilities of the old style to answer to these questions.
  41.  
  42. Since two years ago there rised a scene of computer-freaks
  43. which have the possibility to use the international phonelines
  44. without payin' the bill. This possibility appears - not only to us -
  45. as a commitment to all people all over this planet (for now). 
  46. There will be discussions on how to realize this civil-right, 
  47. and if it's too hard to realize now, how to realize it in the future.
