  12. I am working on setting up a gopher as a CWIS.  I have a phone dir program
  13. that uses argv to lookup the different parts of phone entries.  I see that
  14. all of the college sites I have seen so far use CSO.  I have not been able
  15. to locate CSO or any discussion of it.  I would rather not reimplement it,
  16. although I may "enhance" it.  Pointers please.
