  17. The fin knows nothing of what he speaks. There is no "rights" issue
  18. involved here except property rights.  That is, the property I own
  19. and provide to my employees to use is to be used in accordance with
  20. my rules.  Period.  if my employees don't like the rules, they can
  21. work elsewhere or buy their own equipment with THEIR money.
