  31. The last large discussion for a new UK group that I remember was for
  32. uk.telecom, and that was just a discussion which resulted in Ian Harding
  33. at UKC (or UKNet or GBNet or whatever it was back then) issuing the
  34. newgroup.  I vaguely remember that he was also responsible for removing
  35. the UK york-box group as well.
