Ah-ha you don't have the same status as a horse 'vehicle', isn't it time the
laws were updated, its currently something like horses always have right of way, next it'll be milk floats as they are equally slow and you don't know what they are doing either ? Horses should'nt have to be classed as transport anymore,
they should be left to run the fields and make little horses :*)
