  20. It's to do with allocation of blame. The first dead person I ever saw
  21. was a dead pedestrian on a zebra crossing. He had been run over by a
  22. police car. Since he was on a zebra crossing it was clearly the fault
  23. of the police driver, whom I have no doubt got a good spanking for
  24. this naughty behaviour. If there had been no lines on the road, the
  25. police driver wouldn't have got spanked.
