- Fortunately, not all of them believe this--some of them realize that the
- time he spends focusing on how his body feels and works and how to control
- his body can greatly aid in breaking through the false mind/body dichotomy
- our culture tends to inculcate us with and teach him how to read and
- respond to his own body and others. (And, of course, there's the other
- advantage that strength and endurance make your life easier.)
