  25. If this occurs, I am a winner because I will rent my two units
  26. to blacks, gays, Christians, or whomever I think will be a good
  27. tenant.  Just because one is a minority does not mean that they
  28. are an inferior tenant.  Quite the contrary, in my politically-
  29. incorrect experience.
