  15. When I first read this article, I thought it referred to our governor here in  
  16. Oregon, Barbara Roberts, who we often refer to as "Babs".

  18. At any rate, at the Victory Fund celebration here in Portland last night, she  
  19. did call for exactly that: a boycott of Colorado.  She also encouraged us to  
  20. write letters to Roy Romer and express our concerns for his state and thank  
  21. him for his open stand on this important issue.
