  23. I think it's Emmentaler, and it's the original, after which "Swiss
  24. cheese" was modeled.  It's available at "better" grocery stores.
  25. Look for the country of origin (Switzerland) printed in red on the 
  26. edge of the cheese.  It's also good with coffee.  You might want 
  27. to try it before mango season.
