- I think it's Emmentaler, and it's the original, after which "Swiss
- cheese" was modeled. It's available at "better" grocery stores.
- Look for the country of origin (Switzerland) printed in red on the
- edge of the cheese. It's also good with coffee. You might want
- to try it before mango season.
