- I tend to doubt this.... but get your blood cholesterol and
- HDL/LDL levels checked and find out for yourself. As I noted in
- another message, mine are below normal (this is good) despite
- the large quantities of butter I consume.

- I have to say that my favorite cheese of all is Tillamook Medium
- Cheddar; imagine my horror upon moving to California and finding
- out that every supermarket does NOT carry it, as is the case in
- most of Oregon.... In fact, a while back I switched from the
- local Lucky's to Vons because the former stopped carrying my
- favorite cheese....(!)
