- Don't give up, Season. Especially if you think you've written a good
- paper but received an inappropriate grade. Should this occur, it's
- clear that you can't count on the teacher for support, but has the
- class set up some kind of review-regrade system for this kind of
- complaint? If not, ask your campus ombudsperson or les/bi/gay
- organization if there's some form of appeal for receiving a poor
- grade due to grader prejudices.
- And don't forget that 'gay culture' is one heck of a diverse topic
- for any paper. You may want to focus that a tad more. Lord knows
- my twink-culture doesn't overlap much with bear-bands, leather-
- lovers or cross-dressing crowds (although I'm learning that more
- of my comrades have participated/do participate in the latter
- than I had realized... Maurice looks just like Angela from _Who's
- the Boss?_).
