- Though I am not an expert, it is my understanding that the tax laws
- already cover this situation to some extent. To oversimplify: a
- tax-exempt organization cannot lobby, though it can participate in
- education on the issues. For instance, I am loosely affiliated with a
- church organization that cannot claim tax-exempt status because it
- lobbies Congress.

- I've not heard the outcome. It will probably take the wheels of
