  23.     I *CANNOT* post to soc.motss, but you might pass this on. Not only
  24. will they try to use the UCMJ sodomy statutes against gays, the word is
  25. out that will try to use the "False Official Statements" offense against
  26. gays and lesbians who come out after the ban is lifted, since they did
  27. sign a statement when they entered the service that they were not gay.
  28. Gays in the closet in the military should stay there even after the ban
  29. is lifted unless they want lots of trouble.
  30.     Not related, but on Friday I listened to an O-5 carry on for an hour
  31. on how that Navy guy who got reinstated is part of a "large,
  32. well-financed, plot to destroy the military". No kidding. That's what a
  33. lot of these middle level clowns believe.
