  17. The correct name is "Sam Nunn", he's _not_ currently up for election
  18. (the Georgia U.S. Senate seat up for election is held by Wyche Fowler),
  19. and the last time Nunn ran for reelection he ran unopposed -- the 
  20. Republicans didn't run anyone against him, so don't jump for a "third-
  21. party" candidate that doesn't exist in this state.

  23. The Libertarians _may_ run someone against Nunn in 1996 (given their 
  24. success this year, getting 3% of the vote in the Seante race and 
  25. forcing a first-ever runoff between the Republican and Democratic
  26. nominees), but don't hold your breath.
