  20. But *my* neighbors didn't pass Amendment #2.  In fact, it was soundly
  21. defeated by Boulder, Aspen, and metro Denver.  All three areas have local
  22. laws (now, lamentably, at risk of being overturned) protecting gays from
  23. discrimination.  So, funded largely by out-of-state groups, and voted on
  24. by people out of our community, an amendment passes that affects the entire
  25. state.  So (for example) buy Boulder Beer, buy Denver Beer, Buy Aspen beer.
  26. Boycott Colorado beer from other towns.
