  12. This probably is a FAQ, but I need to set up access to library resources
  13. on a new Internet system, and my knowledge is of general academic
  14. computing systems.

  16. How can we access OCLC?  Dialog?  We would like to set it up so our
  17. users, who are Ph.D. candidates in a non-resident program, can set up
  18. their own searches.  Also, what other resources are available?
