  32. Actually, the Supreme Court hasn't heard a state gun control law
  33. case in almost a century.  A great many state supreme courts HAVE
  34. struck down a variety of gun control laws, based on the state
  35. constitutional provisions.  Some of those courts have recognized
  36. that their provision is derived from the Second Amendment.

  45. be unfair -- to the sailors.  They, at least, are spending their own money.
