- Yes, I also did not change my name upon marriage. When I got here to the
- Netherlands I filled in all my forms with as "Helen Johnston", but one
- of the forms asked details about my husband (if any). All of a sudden
- all my mail comes to me addressed as "Dr Picard-Johnston". I would send
- it back saying "no-one of that name here", except that it includes my
- pay-check!
