  34. Why any researcher who genuinely believes they have replicated
  35. some aspect of the P&F "excess heat" would consider MIT worthy
  36. of their attention is beyond me.  MIT has gone out of its way
  37. to establish itself, along with Cal Tech and other major "academic"
  38. institutions, as irrationally opposed to alternative fusion
  39. technologies while irrationally favoring proven idiocy such as
  40. the Tokamak.  They no longer have any credibility.
