- We also used something similar, the US Navy used what looked
- like a large LST (super structure in the stern) and the
- front 2/3 d's of the ship was all rocket launchers. I have
- seen pictures of them being used mostly in the Pacific and
- in the beach landings in France and Italy. Don't know what
- type of ship it was or the type of rocket used but they
- appeared to fire for continously for 3-5 minutes.
