  36. One other hint.  If you are talking about caps from submarines, make sue you
  37. get one with the gold officers' dolphins.  The enlisted personnel tend to be
  38. more upset about people wearing caps with the silver enlisted dolphins since
  39. they have to go through a lot to earn them.

  41. If they really didn't want you to wear them they wouldn't sell them.  The
  42. procedes usually go to the family fund or some such so it is in a good cause.
