- 23 units. between 1963 and 1968, 13 units were converted to 'Golf II'
- standards, carrying the SS-N-5 SLBM instead of the original SS-N-4
- system.
- SS-N-5 'Sark': Range 1400 km; CEP 2800 m; warhead, one 1 MT RV;
- guidance, inertial.
- Type 53 533 mm torpedo: Since my sources dont detail torpedoes, I can
- only assume that the Type 53 is similar in capability to the US Navy's
- Mk. 48.
