  14. A company called Andrea Radio or something like that has recently 
  15. announced an ability to reduce or eliminate noise associated with 
  16. industrial production with a technique that "uses electricity". 
  17. I guess their claim is they can make a factory quiet. Has anyone 
  18. heard about this? Is it true?
