  16. I am looking for a paper by G.Cybenko entitled 'Approximation by
  17. superpositions of a sigmoidal function'. It's published in Mathematics
  18. of control, signals and systems (1989), 2. The stinker is my uni lib
  19. does not have the publication, and neither do the libs within the
  20. region. So the next best thing they have to offer is a lengthy
  21. repographic search request ..
