  13. I recently learned of a system which hoists a camera (video or still)
  14. aloft using a remote-controlled miniature blimp to allow photography
  15. from a high angle.  The view from aloft is monitored by the operator
  16. below who could then manuever around until the proper angle to capture
  17. his shots.  I am interested in this technology but have not found
  18. much useful information.  Does anyone know any information about such
  19. a system?  Thanks for your help.
