- The low lux rating implies that the camcorder's ccds are sensitive enough
- for video to be recorded. It doesn't imply an absence of grains. Even
- film at low light levels will look grainy.
- And no, the lux rating is not marketing hype. I cannot record an image
- with my 25lux camcorder in light less than typical room light; unless I turn
- the gain up to 18dB, of course, which results in a grainy image.
