- Sounds good, but the stabilizer is the most totally cool feature to come along
- short of the camcorder itself. I heard of a guy who was filming from a car
- while travelling on a dirt road with major bumps. As the car dives into a huge
- pothole, you can see the dashboard going into g-shock endurance mode while the
- picture stays rock steady. Or another guy who was filming the Blue Angels while
- holding his camera by hand. Or my uncle who saw the results of a TR101 filming
- surfing from a cliff and wishing he had the Sony instead of his Canon UCS1 (he
- swore the camera was on a tripod).
-
- How do others feel about stabilization? I've heard people say you can get used
- to the "shakes" or learn how to overcome them, but shakey footage is just not
- that viewable, right?
