  15.     I'm interested in a low-priced VGA to NTSC converter.  While genlock 
  16. would be nice, it is not necessary.  I want to create simple titles for home 
  17. videos that look nice, and I've got plenty of computer programs that can do 
  18. it.  What I don't have is the hardware.
