  12.     Is there a FAQ for this group?  I've got horrible snow of a 
  13. regular-pattern on channel 3 no matter how I orient my rabbit-ears.  
  14. I live in a condo and there's lots of turnover in residents, but it
  15. seens to have started when new people moved in above me.  How do I
  16. go about hunting down the source of the interference, and how do I
  17. convince the neighbors to toss their electronic gizmo so I can get 
  18. decent reception?
