- I had the same experience as a Belgian citizen in Belgium, when
- travelling back to the US. When I bought the item, paying by credit
- card, they wrote two sale slips, one including VAT, and one excluding
- VAT. They told me they would wait a few weeks to cash it, until I had
- the time of sending back the stamped form. If I didn't send it back they
- would cash it including VAT. I send it back as soon as I got to the US
- and I did not have any problem whatsoever.
