- passenger train that went all the way across Canada, from Atlantic to
- Pacific. The CPR's Canadian went only from Montreal and Toronto
- (separate sections, which joined in Sudbury) to Vancouver.

- The train in question is the Atlantic Limited. It used to be a CPR
- train from Montreal to Saint John, NB, and is now run by VIA over
- both CN and CP tracks from Montreal to Halifax. As I've said in
- previous postings, it makes six stops in Maine.
