  23.     The turboliner power cars are scheduled to haul it north of New Haven,
  24.     once tests begin.  (one rather assumes they are used because they are
  25.     geared faster than the FP40mumbles.  Probably the FP40 suspension,
  26.     independent of the gearing, may not be up to the possible speeds.)
