  29. All I can say is that is isn't Conrail's fault. Besides what are people doing
  30. on private properity. If the people sue Conrail or the train crew, they won't
  31. win. Those people were not supposed to be on the rail lines in the first place.
  32. If the people used a little common sense this wouldn't have happened.
  33. Raillines were not made to walk on. They were made for trains to run on.
