- Not confined to the cities. A freight lost its air, some years back,

- there was a party in the woods, closse to the RoW. The partygoers
- started breaking into boxcars, and knew enough to disconnect the air to
- keep things stopped. There have been Conrail crew mugged in
- Massachussetts, altho in urban areas.

- I read, probably in RGI, of either LT, or one of commuter lines around
- London, getting tired of rockchuckers on a particular stretch. So one
- day the rockchuckers were VERY surprised when the train went into
- emergency and LOTS of police piled out. Calmed things down, for
- a while...
