  19. That could be the case, because I have left the MD11 on the FM and FE and
  20. both the cameras' and drive's batteries were dead.  While using the MD12
  21. on the FE2, the drive's batteries died overnight while the camera's did
  22. not.

  24. However, the MD11 works fine on the FE2, but I haven't left the drive
  25. on overnight to check the battery situation (mainly cause I'm having too
  26. much fun with the Elan to use the Nikons).

  28. I think it's a poor design on Nikon's part to let the batteries drain in
  29. the drive.
