- I've not only looked at both, but own one of each. The differences in
- actual use are much less striking than Koening's commentary would
- indicate, particularly if you aren't shooting race cars. For a first
- camera, I'd be likely to go with the 8008s and spend the money saved
- on an additional lens. If the application is heavily oriented to
- fast-moving subjects (like my kids :-), I'd probably go the other way,
- however.
