  21.   In the April 1992 issue of Popular Photography (p. 57) reader
  22.   Dennis Bernard suggests using a piece of carpet edging as a
  23.   frame in which to hang framed photos, that can easily be removed
  24.   and replaced at will. The article has accompanying
  25.   photo-illustrations. It will still require some nails to hold
  26.   the carpet edging in place. Shouldn't be too much of a problem
  27.   to seal the holes in a plaster wall if required.
